Designing the Brain Behind an Agentic Product
AIgency came to Monico with a bold product thesis: property management companies were spending six figures on marketing that was slow to execute, impossible to measure, and completely disconnected from occupancy outcomes. The solution was an agentic AI platform that could generate branded property websites, launch and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Meta, and surface precise recommendations tied directly to lease goals.
The challenge was not just designing screens. It was defining what the AI should do, how it should communicate with users, and how a non-technical property manager could trust and act on machine-generated decisions. AIgency needed a design partner who could work across product vision, UX, and AI experience simultaneously.

From property data to branded website in days, not months
Traditional property website creation takes 30 to 90 days through a marketing agency. Monico designed a guided input flow where property managers enter details about their property once, and AI handles the rest: pulling live data from their PMS, generating copy tailored to their property type, market, and target demographic, and producing a fully branded website ready to publish. The design made a technically complex process feel simple, with the user in control at every step without needing to understand what was happening under the hood.

Campaign creation that runs itself
Monico designed the campaign creation flow for AIgency's most operationally complex feature: an AI that takes a property manager's occupancy goals and autonomously builds, launches, and optimizes campaigns across Google and Meta. The design had to abstract serious technical complexity while keeping the user meaningfully in the loop. The result is a goal-first flow where users define what they want (more leases, lower cost per lead, filling a specific property by a specific date), and the AI handles channel selection, creative generation, bid strategy, and ongoing optimization without requiring any paid media expertise from the user.

Setting the vision for an AI-first product
The most strategically significant work Monico did on AIgency was defining how the AI itself should behave and be experienced. Working directly with AIgency's ML and engineering teams, Monico identified the key capabilities the AI should surface to users, determined how and when to intervene with recommendations, and designed the system that translates machine decisions into plain-language actions a property manager can act on with confidence. Every AI recommendation in the product is tied to a measurable outcome (signed leases, saved ad spend, improved occupancy) and explained in terms of why it was generated. The homepage dashboard became the product's north star: a single view that gives operators full visibility into what their AI is doing, why, and what to do next.

Outcomes
$2M VC raise in progress — AIgency is actively taking the Monico-designed product to investors to secure a $2 million funding round.
Five pilot partners onboarded — AIgency is pilot testing the platform with five property management companies, validating the product with real operators before the broader launch
A complete AI product vision, defined from scratch — Monico established the design framework for how AI should function, communicate, and earn trust within AIgency's platform, giving the team a replicable standard for every AI feature they build going forward
